FRAUD SCAMS
Recently some residents have received phone calls or had information pop up on their computer or phone asking for bank, credit card or personal information. In some cases they even request money be withdrawn and sent to them by unusual or suspicious methods. In this situation you should verify these strange events by contacting your local bank or card provider using the phone number on the back of their card. Keep in mind hackers have the ability to access devices and are very persuasive in making you believe this is the right thing to do.
