Winter Weather Advisory issued January 23 at 12:31PM EST until January 23 at 2:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Freezing rain and sleet. Additional ice accumulations of
a light glaze.
* WHERE...Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are
possible.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to expect slippery
conditions as freezing rain impacts the area.
