Lower Rodi Road between Penn Center Blvd and Thompson Run Road is closed to all traffic due to a water break and a gas leak. Utility companies and emergency responders are on scene. Please avoid this area. If you are in this area, please obey all personnel who are directing traffic. Thank you.
