* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to an inch with
isolated bands of up to three inches possible.
* WHERE...Forest, Mercer, Venango, and Clarion Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
