Special Weather Statement issued January 19 at 9:52AM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
A strong cold front has moved through South-Central Texas. Northerly
winds or 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph are blowing across
most of the region. These winds will continue until the middle of
the afternoon.
