Winter Weather Advisory issued January 18 at 9:10PM EST until January 20 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5
inches.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Friday to 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
