Special Weather Statement issued January 18 at 2:33PM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
A strong cold front passage across South-Central Texas near and
after midnight will lead to northerly wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph
and tumbling temperatures with wind chills as low as the teens
and 20s on Friday morning.
