Winter Storm Warning issued January 18 at 3:54AM EST until January 21 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 13
inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.
* WHERE...Northern Erie and Southern Erie counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Friday to 4 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning and evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread snow late tonight and Friday
morning will transition to lake effect snow Friday afternoon.
Lake effect snow will continue through Saturday night.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
