Description
The City Council will call a General Election for the purpose of electing City Council Member Place 1 to a one (1) year term, City Council Member Place 3 to a three (3) year term, and Council Member Place 5 to a three (3) year term. Please see all of the Election documents on the City’s Website.
Candidate Packets may be picked up in the City Secretary’s Office. More information may be obtained by calling (940) 398-7305 or via email at lcabrera@cityofkrum.com.
Important Dates for filing an application for a place on the ballot for the City Election:
January 17, 2024 FIRST Day to file for Candidate
February 16, 2024 @ 5 PM LAST Day to file for Candidate
(City Secretary’s Office will be open until 5 pm for Election Activities)
February 20, 2024 LAST Day to file as a Write-In Candidate
