Special Weather Statement issued January 16 at 11:36AM EST by NWS State College PA
Pockets of freezing drizzle are expected through 1 PM. This may
prolong hazardous travel conditions into the early afternoon
especially on bridges, overpasses, and untreated or secondary
roads.
