* WHAT...Snow, changing to sleet and freezing rain. Total snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of less
than a tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...In Delaware, Kent and Inland Sussex. In Maryland,
Queen Annes, Talbot and Caroline.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
