Wind Chill Warning issued January 16 at 1:34AM CST until January 16 at 9:00AM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
expected. Wind chills as low as 10 below zero. For the Wind
Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as
low as zero.
* WHERE...Much of south-central Texas.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until 9 AM CST Tuesday. For
the Wind Chill Advisory, from 9 AM Tuesday to 10 AM CST
Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
Avoid outside activities if possible. If outside, make sure you
wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
