* WHAT...Snow, changing to sleet and freezing rain overnight.
Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations
of less than a tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...In Delaware, Kent and Inland Sussex. In Maryland,
Queen Annes, Talbot and Caroline.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wintry mix changes to rain Tuesday morning
before tapering off in the afternoon.
