Snow Squall Warning issued January 14 at 7:12AM EST until January 14 at 7:30AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 712 AM EST, a hazardous snow squall was located along a line
extending from near Marienville to 12 miles northeast of Shanor-
Northvue to near Imperial, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts
greater than 35 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 20 and 42.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 54 and 93.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 41 and 76.
Parkway North between mile markers 3 and 13.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 39 and 66.

Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Ross Township, McCandless Township, Cranberry, Moon
Township, Butler, Franklin Park, Aliquippa, Monaca, Clarion,
Marienville, Knox, Rimersburg, Shaler Township, Hampton Township,
Scott Township, Robinson Township, Cecil-Bishop, Economy, and
Bellevue.

Slow Down! Rapid changes in visibility and road conditions are
expected with this dangerous snow squall. Be alert for sudden
whiteout conditions.

Reduce speed and turn on headlights! During snow squalls, the
visibility may suddenly drop to near zero in whiteout conditions.
