* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 3 AM to 6 PM CST
Monday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from late Monday night
through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or
evening commute. The dangerously cold wind chills could result
in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
