Notice of Public Hearing and a Proposed Resolution
The Coraopolis Borough Council shall hold a Public Hearing on February 7, 2024, at 6:00 pm to hear public comments regarding an Application to Transfer a liquor License into the Borough of Coraopolis and a Resolution relevant thereto. The proposed transfer is for PA liquor Control Board Retail License Number R-10007 LID 68002 to a retail grocery store located at 1017 Fourth Avenue known and commonly referred to as the Coraopolis Cash Market, which is owned by KASS Enterprise, LLC. The proposed Resolution would approve, subject to the approval of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, the transfer of Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board License Number R-10007 LID 68002 to the retail grocery store located at 1017 Fourth Avenue, Coraopolis, PA 15108. A full text of the proposed Resolution is available for inspection and review during normal business hours at the office of the Coraopolis Borough Manager, 1301 Fourth Avenue, Coraopolis, PA 15108.
