Dense Fog Advisory issued January 11 at 2:56AM CST until January 11 at 10:00AM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile
or less in dense fog. For the Wind Advisory, west winds 20 to
30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...Wilson, Karnes, Gonzales, De Witt and Lavaca Counties.
* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM CST this
morning. For the Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 1 PM
CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result. Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
