Fire Weather Watch issued January 10 at 2:51PM CST until January 12 at 3:00PM CST by NWS Corpus Christi TX
The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a Fire
Weather Watch for low relative humidity and strong gusty winds,
which is in effect from late Thursday night through Friday
afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREA...La Salle, McMullen, Live Oak, Bee, Goliad,
Victoria, Webb, Duval, Jim Wells, Inland Kleberg, Inland
Nueces, Inland San Patricio, Coastal Aransas, Inland Refugio,
Inland Calhoun, Coastal Kleberg, Coastal Nueces, Coastal San
Patricio, Aransas Islands, Coastal Refugio, Coastal Calhoun,
Nueces Islands and Calhoun Islands.
* TIMING...
* WINDS...Northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Up to 64.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
