Coastal Flood Warning issued January 10 at 6:41AM EST until January 10 at 8:00AM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground level in low-
lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.
* WHERE...Kent MD, Queen Annes, Talbot and Caroline.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in
bayside communities and along tidal waterways. Some roads
become impassable. Minor damage to vulnerable structures may
begin to occur. At this level, flooding begins on the most
vulnerable roads in bayside communities and along tidal
waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible.
Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.
