* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Chester Creek near Chester.
* WHEN...Until late this morning.
* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, The creek floods adjacent open land.
At 10.5 feet, Flood damage, adjacent to the creek, begins in the
city of Chester.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:16 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 9.9 feet and falling.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 4:16 AM EST Wednesday was 12.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early this morning and continue falling to 3.0 feet this
evening.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
9.5 feet on 03/13/2010.
