Wind Advisory issued January 10 at 12:12AM EST until January 10 at 6:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Southwest winds increasing to 20 to 25 mph with gusts up
to 45 mph by the predawn hours. Wind becoming west during the
daylight hours Wednesday with peak gusts of 50 to 55 mph
possible.
* WHERE...The Susquehanna Valley, along with the Central and
Western Mountains of Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and cause scattered power outages.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
