Special Weather Statement issued January 9 at 6:07AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
A quick accumulation of snow and mix during the morning commute
will lead to hazardous road conditions over the next few hours.
Excessive ponding is possible with blocked drainages. These
conditions are expected to improve trough the morning as warm rain
melts existing snow.
