Coastal Flood Warning issued January 8 at 3:37PM EST until January 10 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL

* WHAT...Significant coastal flooding expected.

* WHERE...Pinellas, Coastal Levy, Coastal Citrus, Coastal
Hernando, Coastal Pasco, Coastal Hillsborough, Coastal Manatee
and Coastal Sarasota Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Tuesday to 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur. For
portions of Levy and Citrus counties, a worse case scenario is
for water levels up to 4 feet above ground level. For coastal
areas from Hernando county south through Sarasota, the worse
case scenario is for water levels to be up to 3 feet above
ground level.

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.
