High Wind Warning issued January 8 at 3:01AM EST until January 9 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Fayette, Indiana, and Westmoreland Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
