Winter Storm Warning issued January 7 at 3:20PM EST until January 7 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Albany NY
* WHAT...Additional snow accumulations of up to around one inch
are expected through this evening. Storm total accumulations of
10 to 14 inches with locally higher amounts near 16 inches in
Ulster and Dutchess Counties are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northwestern Connecticut, western
Massachusetts and mid Hudson Valley and eastern Catskills.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow tapers to snow showers this evening
before coming to an end early tonight.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
