Special Weather Statement issued December 28 at 12:39AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Patchy dense fog will continue this morning. Visibility will be
reduced to a quarter of a mile or less at times. Expect rapid
changes in visibility, and use caution if traveling. Use low beam
headlights and allow extra time to reach your destination.
