Flood Warning issued December 18 at 7:48AM EST until December 18 at 2:15PM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following
county, New Castle. Portions of southern New Jersey, including the
following county, Gloucester. Portions of southeast Pennsylvania,
including the following counties, Chester and Delaware.
* WHEN...Until 215 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 742 AM EST, rain gauges indicated 2 to 4 inches of rain
have fallen since last evening. As a result, several USGS
river gauges are above flood stage. Flooding will continue
through the morning hours.
- For Christina River at Newport:
At 6:43am the stage was 8.13 feet.
Flood Stage is 7.2 feet.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.
