Special Weather Statement issued December 17 at 10:59PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Areas of fog, locally dense, will continue tonight. Visibility
will be reduced to a quarter of a mile or less in some locations.
Use caution if traveling.
Visibility should improve by 2 AM as wind increases, causing the
fog to dissipate.
