Coastal Flood Watch issued December 14 at 2:40PM EST until December 17 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
* WHAT...Significant coastal flooding possible.
* WHERE...Pinellas, Coastal Levy, Coastal Citrus, Coastal
Hernando, Coastal Pasco, Coastal Hillsborough and Coastal
Manatee Counties.
* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
may be inundated. Some shoreline erosion may occur.
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.
