The Churchill Borough Zoning Hearing Board is scheduled to vote on application from Rodi Maple Devco, LLC (Parcel #451-N-375 – Maple Lane) requesting a special exception under Zoning Ordinance Section 304-21(M) to allow the use of a billboard in the C-2 Commercial District and a variance from Section 304-21(M)(2)(g) to permit a street right of way setback of two (2) feet instead of the minimum setback of 100 feet.
