Flood Watch issued December 9 at 2:39PM EST until December 11 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Albany NY
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northwestern Connecticut, including the
following areas, Northern Litchfield and Southern Litchfield,
western Massachusetts, including the following areas, Northern
Berkshire and Southern Berkshire, east central New York, including
the following areas, Eastern Albany, Eastern Columbia, Eastern
Dutchess, Eastern Greene, Eastern Rensselaer, Eastern Ulster,
Schoharie, Western Albany, Western Columbia, Western Dutchess,
Western Greene, Western Rensselaer and Western Ulster, and
southern Vermont, including the following areas, Bennington,
Eastern Windham and Western Windham.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall amounts between 1.50 and 3.00 inches are possible
with locally higher amounts

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
