Special Weather Statement issued December 8 at 7:22AM EST by NWS State College PA
Periods of clearing overnight, moist ground, calm air and chilly
temperatures in the low 30s have created a favoable setup for
locally dense fog for the morning commute hours.
Exercise causing on your drive to work or school this morning.
Allow extra time for travel, slow down and allow plenty of braking
distance between you and the vehicle ahead.
The fog will gradually dissipate between 930 AM and 10 AM.
