Flood Watch issued November 28 at 3:17PM HST until November 30 at 6:00PM HST by NWS Honolulu HI

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Maui, Molokai, Lanai, Kahoolawe, and the Big Island.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be
closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams. Urban areas
may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to
rapid runoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A kona low to the northwest of the islands will bring a moist
and unstable air mass to the islands through Thursday. This
will result in the potential for flash flooding and
thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
