Lake Effect Snow Warning issued November 28 at 2:49PM EST until November 29 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow occurring. Additional snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph,
especially closer to the lakeshore.
* WHERE...Northern Erie, Southern Erie and Crawford counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will gradually lift closer to the
lakeshore this evening into tonight before moving offshore over
Lake Erie late tonight.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
