On Monday, November 27, 2023 There will be a fire hydrant being replaced on the corner of East Broad Street and Lackawanna Street. Temporary traffic patterns will be put in place until the hydrant is replaced. Residents on Lackawanna Street between Neola Street and North Kistler Street may experience a water outage during this time.
