Last Week our water billing company had attempted data breach and they locked down their system in order to keep customers information safe. This being the case many of you attempting to pay your bill today may have had issues as the system is not allowing card payments. If you call the customer service line 651-255-0986 or go to the website, you can pay your bill using your account number and routing number of your bank account to get your billed.
The Town apologizes for the inconvenience, but I hope you all understand it is a necessary process to keep your information protected.
