Special Weather Statement issued November 16 at 5:29AM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
Localized pockets of fog have developed across the region early
this morning. While visibilities have remained at and above one
mile in most locations, isolated areas of visibilities down to
one-quarter mile have been reported. Be sure to slow down, use
low beam headlights, and allow for extra travel time during the
morning commute.
