Freeze Warning issued November 1 at 3:39PM EDT until November 2 at 10:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, northern and southern Delaware,
northeast Maryland, central, northern, northwest and southern
New Jersey and east central and southeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and
other sensitive vegetation.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing outdoor water pipes they should be wrapped, drained, or
allowed to drip slowly. Those that have in-ground sprinkler
systems should drain them and cover above-ground pipes to protect
them from freezing.
