* WHERE...Portions of Delaware, the eastern shores of Maryland,
New Jersey, and southeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and
other sensitive vegetation.
