high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Mercer and Venango Counties.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The most significant snowfall is expected
between 4AM and 8AM this morning...impacting the morning commute.
