The Borough Will Hold Its Annual Halloween Celebration At The Aspinwall Borough Municipal Building, 217 Commercial Avenue, Tuesday October 31, 2023 @ 7:30pm
All Costumed Children & Adults Are Welcome To Pass Before A Panel Of Judges. Prizes Will Be Awarded For Most Original, Prettiest & Funniest Costumes
Don’t Forget To Go To The Fire Hall After The Costume Judging Where Children Will Receive A Treat Bag!!
Residents, Please Keep Your Front & Rear Lights On & Keep Your Walks Clear! Parents, Please Accompany Your Children, Dress In Light Colored Costumes, Carry Flashlights
