THERE WILL BE NO HALLOWEEN PARADE IN LIBERTY BOROUGH TOMORROW DUE TO THE BAND GOING TO SEE THE SOUTH ALLEGHENY LADIES SOCCER TEAM IN THE PLAYOFFS SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE.
THERE WILL STILL BE JUDGING IN THE MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT LINE UP IN PARKING LOT AT 5:30 PM JUDGING AT 5:45 WITH TRICK OR TREATING TO FOLLOW 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM ON OCTOBER 31, 2023
