* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 expected.
* WHERE...Southern Centre, Blair, Southern Clinton, Southern
Lycoming, Columbia and Schuylkill Counties.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Freeze conditions will damage sensitive vegetation.
Take protective measures as freezing temperatures could damage or
kill tender plants and vegetation. Potted plants should be
brought inside.
