Frost Advisory issued October 30 at 7:09AM EDT until October 31 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost
formation.
* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Near-ground freezing temperatures could damage
uncovered, sensitive outdoor vegetation.
Take steps now to protect tender plants and vegetation from the
cold. Potted plants should be brought inside.
