Coolbaugh Township Parks and Recreation will hold their Annual Ghoulbaugh Event today, Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 1pm-3pm at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal Park located at 1770 Church Street, Tobyhanna, PA. This event is free of charge and children are encouraged to wear their Halloween Costumes. This is a great event for everyone, so come out and join us for some fun, candy, pumpkins and a hay ride!
