Flood Watch issued October 26 at 6:36AM CDT until October 26 at 4:00PM CDT by NWS Fort Worth TX
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following
counties, Bell, Bosque, Coryell, Hamilton, Hill, Lampasas,
McLennan and Mills.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may become flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall totals of 2-3 inches, with isolated higher amounts
up to 5 inches.
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
