Flood Watch issued October 25 at 8:50PM CDT until October 26 at 1:00PM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
counties, Comal, Hays, Travis and Williamson.

* WHEN...Through 1 PM Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A very moist an unstable airmass over Texas has resulted from
an approaching disturbance from the west and the influx of
moisture from the remnants of a tropical cyclone. Moderate to
heavy rain is possible late this evening continuing into late
Thursday morning. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches with
isolated 4 to 6 inches are possible.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
