* WHAT...A light wind and temperatures in the 30s will allow for
the formation of frost.
* WHERE...Portions of Delaware, eastern Maryland, New Jersey and
eastern Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 9:00 AM this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if it
is left uncovered.
Take steps to protect tender plants from the cold.
