JUST SO EVERYONE IS AWARE THAT LINE UP FOR THE HALLOWEEN PARADE IS AT 600 SCENE RIDGE (TOOL & DIE INC) @ 5:00 PM ON OCTOBER 31, 2023. IF YOU ARE MARCHING THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL START. IF YOU ARE WATCHING THE PARADE, IT WILL START AT 5:30 PM @ 3210 LIBERTY WAY AND FINISH @ 2814 LIBERTY WAY WITH TRICK OR TREATING TO FOLLOW 6:00 - 8:00 PM??????
