Freeze Warning issued October 22 at 1:08PM EDT until October 23 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the lower 30s expected.
* WHERE...A widespread frost and possible freeze is expected across
all over eastern Ohio, as well as Pennsylvania areas generally
along and south of I-70 into the Laurel Highlands. This warning
also affects West Virginia areas south of Wheeling, as well as the
valleys along the I-68 corridor into the West Virginia mountains.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation. and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing
